IGCSE Home Tutor in Al Ramtha

Comparing an IGCSE home tutor in Al Ramtha with the same search run from Abu Shagara or Al Nud produces nearly the same list of names. Central Sharjah is one tutoring market with several addresses, and the quote moves with the drive rather than the teaching. This page compares what genuinely differs - school type, local supply, peak availability, and the two exam boards themselves - and then the much longer list of things that are identical wherever your villa happens to be.

IB & IGCSE in Al Ramtha

Comparing addresses when the examination is the same everywhere

Al Ramtha is an older residential district in the central-western part of Sharjah, with Abu Shagara, Al Nud and Al Qasimia close by and schools in most directions. Families here often start by wondering whether a neighbouring district would give them better options. It is a reasonable question and the answer is narrower than expected: the names overlap, the quality distribution is the same, and the examination your child sits is set in Cambridge and London rather than in any neighbourhood.

Three things do genuinely differ by district. The type of school nearby, which in this part of Sharjah skews towards Indian-curriculum provision with British-board entries for some cohorts. The depth of local tutoring supply, which is greatest around Al Majaz and thins towards the outer corridors. And peak-season availability, which collapses everywhere in the eight to ten weeks before a series but collapses first where demand is densest.

Four more things differ and have nothing to do with geography at all. Which board your child is entered for. Which tier. Which paper is weak. And how the hours before the series are spent. Those four decide the grade, and they are the comparison worth making. A family that runs them properly from Al Ramtha will do better than a family that moves its search two streets and ignores them.

The board comparison in particular is almost never explained to parents. Cambridge and Pearson Edexcel set different papers, use different codes, tier differently and phrase questions differently. A tutor fluent in one gives confident, well-meant and wrong guidance about the other, and a student who has spent a term on the wrong board's past papers usually finds out in a mock. There is a table below setting the two side by side.

The cost comparison resolves similarly. Across published UAE rate cards an in-home visit is quoted between roughly AED 180 and 500 an hour once travel is absorbed, against AED 150 to 300 for a qualified subject tutor teaching online. Choosing by district, then paying a premium for somebody to drive within it, raises the price and narrows the choice at the same time. We teach one-to-one over live video and do not run home visits anywhere in the UAE - that service exists only in India.

It is worth saying why the district question feels so important even though it is not. House moves, school choices and tutoring decisions arrive in the same conversations, so geography gets attached to all three. For the first two it matters a great deal. For the third it decides who can drive to you, and once nobody has to drive, it decides nothing at all.

What follows compares the districts honestly, then the boards, then Sharjah against Dubai and Ajman, then three ways of buying the same preparation - and finishes with the list of things that are identical whatever your address.

Every IB programme stage, mapped to UAE school years

Three British-track stages run through the schools near Al Ramtha. The comparison that matters at each stage is not between districts but between what the stage can still change.

LSECAges 11-14

Years 7 to 9, pre-IGCSE

No external papers and no urgency, which is why support is rarely bought here and why it is the best value in the whole British track. Algebraic fluency, unit handling and writing that answers the question asked are cheap to fix now and expensive to fix in Year 11.

Families in this part of Sharjah often have children at two or three schools with different curricula, so a Year 8 student's needs get lost behind an examination-year sibling's. A short, finite block with a named target is the arrangement that actually happens.

IGCSEAges 14-16 · Years 10-11

Cambridge IGCSE

Terminal written papers, tiered into Core and Extended in most subjects, with Core capping the available grade. Because everything turns on the examination room, the hours with the clearest relationship to marks are the twenty or so before the series, spent on timed papers marked to the published scheme.

Entries go through the school's own centre, and every Cambridge centre belongs to one of six administrative zones with its own timetable version. Cambridge states it cannot accept responsibility for candidates who miss an exam after using the wrong zone timetable - and the zone belongs to the centre, not to your district.

4MA1Ages 14-16 · Years 10-11

Pearson Edexcel International GCSE

A different route with its own codes - 4MA1, 4PH1, 4CH1, 4BI1 - its own paper structures and a recognisably different question style. Maths uses two equally weighted papers rather than Cambridge's tiered pattern, which changes pacing strategy and therefore what practice should look like.

Pearson runs International GCSE in May/June and November. The November final timetable ran from late October to 19 November 2026, June 2026 results reached centres on 19 August 2026 and students the next day, and November 2025 results reached students on 22 January 2026. Subject coverage

IB and IGCSE subjects we tutor

The subjects families around Al Ramtha ask for most, each compared across the two boards where the difference is material. The code is the request; the subject name alone is not.

Mathematics (0580 / 4MA1)

Core and Extended · Foundation and Higher

Cambridge tiers the papers; Pearson sets two of equal weight. Pacing strategy therefore differs, as does question phrasing. Common ground: bounds, rearrangement under time pressure and multi-step problems abandoned one step early account for most lost marks on either board.

Physics (0625 / 4PH1)

Core and Extended · Single tier at Edexcel

The Cambridge route includes an alternative-to-practical paper that is a distinct skill - naming instruments, identifying variables, suggesting improvements. A student moving between boards needs that technique taught explicitly rather than assumed.

Chemistry (0620 / 4CH1)

Core and Extended

Both boards mark language precisely: the observation, not the conclusion; state symbols in equations; conditions in organic reactions. Where they differ is question structure, which is why practice should come from the correct board's papers only.

Biology (0610 / 4BI1)

Core and Extended

Content is memorisable on either board, so marks sit in command words and diagrams. Genetic crosses, transport in plants and experimental design are where an hour converts most directly into marks regardless of which board set the paper.

Coordinated Sciences (0654)

Double award

A Cambridge structure with no exact Pearson equivalent, which matters for students transferring schools mid-course. Three sciences in two grades, with less teaching time per strand, so triage is the whole intervention.

First Language English (0500)

Single tier

Directed writing and reading analysis. Students lose marks by summarising when asked to analyse effect, and by holding one register across both papers. Timed writing annotated against the mark scheme moves this subject faster than reading more.

English as a Second Language (0510 / 0511)

With or without speaking endorsement

Widely taken in Sharjah schools where English is the language of instruction but not of the home. Check whether your child's entry carries the speaking endorsement - it changes what needs rehearsing and is frequently missed.

Business Studies and Economics (0450 / 0455)

Single tier

Case-study papers reward define, apply to the case, evaluate with a judgement. Economics diagram accuracy is quick to teach and routinely left to the student, on either board.

Computer Science (0478)

Single tier

Pseudocode conventions and trace tables cost more marks than programming ability. A professional developer who has not taught this syllabus will teach the wrong thing competently, which makes board-specific experience unusually important here.

How sessions run

Tutoring formats built around UAE school timetables

Three ways of buying the same preparation, compared rather than ranked. All are one-to-one over live video and all begin with a free trial lesson.

Board-matched weekly teaching

A fixed slot with a tutor who has taught your child's exact board, code and tier, working from the syllabus document the school issues and that board's past papers. The practice material matches the examination, which sounds obvious and is frequently not the case.

  • Tutor's taught courses stated before you book
  • Practice from the correct board only
  • Written target list for the next six sessions

Ten-week exam block

Built backwards from the series: two or three sessions closing the largest gaps, then timed papers marked against the published scheme with an error log by question type, then a final fortnight reviewing the log. The block has an end date and works identically from any address.

  • Two sessions a week through the middle phase
  • Marked to the board's own scheme
  • Nothing new in the last fortnight

Board-transfer sessions

For students changing school mid-course, moving between Cambridge and Pearson, or arriving from an Indian or American curriculum. Two to four sessions on question phrasing, method expectations and paper structure - the content is rarely the problem.

  • Side-by-side comparison of question styles
  • Method expectations made explicit
  • Finishes when the script looks right

What IB and IGCSE study actually looks like in Al Ramtha

01

What actually differs between these districts

Start with the real differences, because there are some. The first is school type. The area around Al Ramtha, Abu Shagara and Al Nud has a heavy concentration of Indian-curriculum schools, several of which enter some cohorts or subjects for Cambridge or Pearson papers. That produces a specific local situation: a large number of IGCSE candidates whose school is primarily teaching a different system, whose teaching sequence differs from a British school's, and whose families often do not know which board they are entered for.

The second is supply depth. Al Majaz has the deepest tutoring pool in the emirate because it has been the tutoring district longest; Al Qasimia and Al Khan are well supplied; the outer corridors are thin. Al Ramtha sits in the comfortable middle, which means the local problem here is not scarcity but selection - plenty of names, little information about which of them has taught your child's paper.

The third is peak behaviour. Demand across central Sharjah concentrates in the eight to ten weeks before a series, and the densest districts fill first. A family searching from Al Ramtha in that window will find the Al Majaz specialists committed and the remaining local list skewed towards generalists at awkward hours. That is a timing problem rather than a geography problem, and the remedy is to book early rather than to search further afield.

What does not differ is the quality distribution. In every district the pattern is the same: many people who will teach several subjects across several year groups, fewer who know one board's paper structure in detail, and very few who have taught a specific syllabus code to grade standard for years. That shape is a property of the market, and moving your search two streets does not change it.

Cambridge against Pearson Edexcel for the same subject

This is the comparison that changes outcomes, and almost nobody explains it to parents. Both boards award an International GCSE in the same subject, and the two qualifications are not interchangeable for the purpose of preparing a candidate.

Codes first, because they are how you identify which you have. Cambridge uses four digits: 0580 mathematics, 0620 chemistry, 0625 physics, 0610 biology, 0500 first language English, 0510 English as a second language. Pearson Edexcel codes begin with a 4: 4MA1, 4CH1, 4PH1, 4BI1. They appear on the statement of entry and in the exam information the school circulates.

Structure next. Cambridge tiers most subjects into Core and Extended, with Core capping the available grade, and its sciences include an alternative-to-practical paper that tests practical skills in writing. Pearson's mathematics uses two equally weighted papers rather than a tiered four-paper pattern, which changes how a candidate should allocate effort across the two sittings. Confirm the current structure and weightings from the syllabus document your school issues, since these change between syllabus cycles and the school's copy is authoritative.

Then question style, which is the part a tutor feels rather than reads. The phrasing, the typical length of a structured question and the way marks are distributed within one differ enough that practising the wrong board's papers teaches partly wrong habits. For a student transferring schools mid-course - common in this part of Sharjah - two or three sessions explicitly comparing the two styles is usually enough to reset expectations.

Sharjah against Dubai and Ajman

Families in central Sharjah compare across emirate boundaries as readily as across streets, and the comparison is worth making properly because the differences there are real.

Dubai has more schools, more tutors and higher prices. The emirate recorded 387,441 students across 227 private schools offering seventeen curricula in 2024-25, so the tutoring market behind it is deeper, including more single-subject specialists. In-home, a Dubai tutor travelling to Al Ramtha prices the journey and usually becomes the most expensive option available. Online, the same specialist costs no more to reach than somebody in Al Qasimia, which is the practical argument for the format rather than for the emirate.

Ajman is the reverse: fewer schools, thinner local supply, and a regulatory difference worth knowing. Private schools in Ajman, along with Umm Al Quwain and Fujairah, are supervised by the federal Ministry of Education, while Sharjah's private schools are regulated by the Sharjah Private Education Authority, which also approves tuition fees, curricula, programmes, courses and assessment methods. Families whose children attend school in one emirate and live in another deal with two sets of published information.

Crossing a boundary therefore changes price, supply and school administration. It does not change the examination. A Pearson 4CH1 candidate in Al Ramtha, Al Nahda or Ajman sits the same paper, marked to the same scheme, in the same series - which is the whole argument for choosing the best available specialist rather than the nearest one.

04

Three ways to buy the same preparation

Having established that the examination is fixed, the remaining comparison is between methods of preparing for it. There are three realistic routes, and the right one depends on the student rather than on the address.

Self-study with honest marking is the cheapest and works for a disciplined candidate. Past papers exist, mark schemes exist, and a student who completes a paper under timing and marks it strictly against the scheme learns most of what a tutor would teach about technique. The failure modes are generous self-marking and avoiding the papers that feel hardest, both of which are human and both of which a parent can partly police.

Group classes at a centre are the cheapest paid teaching per student and suit a shared content weakness. What they cannot do is run an individual error log, review the script a particular student wrote, or decide that this candidate should abandon one topic and drill another. That is why group revision courses before a series frequently feel productive and move little.

One-to-one with a board-matched specialist is the most expensive per hour and the only route that does diagnosis, triage and technique for a specific candidate. Across published UAE rate cards that is roughly AED 150 to 300 an hour online, against AED 180 to 500 for the same thing delivered in person with travel absorbed. For most candidates the sensible combination is self-study for volume plus a small number of specialist hours for direction - which costs less than a term of weekly sessions and usually achieves more.

05

What is identical wherever you live

  • June and November series for UAE candidates, in every emirate
  • Zone timetables belong to the centre, not the neighbourhood
  • Mark schemes and command terms have no local editions
  • The MoHRE permit is federal, free and valid two years
  • The coursework boundary is the same wherever you live

Having compared what varies, the longer list is what does not - and this is where families expend the most unnecessary effort.

The examination. Cambridge runs IGCSE and O Level papers in a June series and a November series, and UAE candidates sit those two; the February/March series is offered in India only, so any page telling Sharjah parents to prepare for a February sitting is describing another country. Pearson Edexcel International GCSE runs in May/June and November. Entries are made by the school's centre, and the zone timetable belongs to that centre rather than to your district.

The mark scheme. There is no local edition of the 0620 mark scheme. Command terms mean the same thing in Al Ramtha as in Al Majaz. The three topics where candidates lose the most marks in each subject are the same across the emirate, which is why a tutor's course experience is the variable worth optimising and their postcode is not.

The permit. Private tutoring in the UAE requires a work permit from the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation, introduced under Ministerial Resolution No. 710 of 2023, granted free of charge for two years, with eligible applicants including registered school teachers, government and private-sector employees, unemployed individuals, university students and school students aged 15 to 18. Those operating without one are subject to fines and penalties under the applicable laws, and no fine schedule is published. And the academic-honesty boundary is federal and universal: a tutor teaches, questions and gives feedback on the student's own work, and never writes any part of it.

06

Choosing between two tutors: a short checklist

Most families reach a point where they have two or three plausible options and no way to separate them. Price and proximity are the easy comparators and the least informative. Here is a better list.

First, which board and code have they taught, and how recently? A specific answer with a year attached beats 'all boards'. Second, will they mark a recent script before the first session? A tutor who has taught the paper says yes because the annotated script argues their case; one who prefers to meet the student first is choosing the ground they are stronger on. Third, what will change in the last six weeks? The right answer involves full timed papers marked against the published scheme and an error log by question type.

Fourth, what is written down? A target list for the next six sessions and a note after each lesson are what make an arrangement reviewable. Fifth, what happens if the match is wrong - a provider with a pool can replace a tutor and carry the plan across, while an individual arrangement means starting the search again mid-term. Sixth, do they hold the MoHRE permit? It costs nothing, so the answer is informative either way.

Finally, a negative test. Anybody who predicts a grade, offers to handle assessed coursework, claims approval from a regulator or board, or shows a star rating with no countable dated reviews behind it has told you something important. Those four appear in this market and each is a reason to keep looking, whatever the district and whatever the price.

07

Limits, stated once

A page built on comparisons should be straightforward about the things we do not offer, so they are not discovered later as a disappointment.

We do not send tutors to UAE addresses. All teaching here is one-to-one over live video, scheduled in Gulf Standard Time; home visits are a service IB Gram runs only in India. If what your family needs is an adult physically supervising a younger child, a local in-home arrangement is the better fit and we will say so.

We do not guarantee grades, because nobody can know what a particular candidate will score. We do not write, draft or edit assessed coursework, and we do not sell completed work - services that do appear in these search results at prices in the thousands of dirhams, and the malpractice consequence falls on the student. We do not distribute boards' syllabus documents, past papers or mark schemes as downloads; we cite the official sources and point families to the school for current versions.

And we hold no approval, licence or accreditation from SPEA, KHDA, ADEK, the Ministry of Education, the IB, Cambridge or Pearson. IB Gram is a tutor-matching platform with no premises in this country. A tutoring service claiming otherwise should be asked for the permit number, and that request usually ends the conversation.

Nor do we handle the Ministry of Education equivalency process, which some families ask about at the same time as tutoring. Equivalency is completed by families through the official channel, and describing it is the most any tutoring service should do. Tutoring is not a requirement for equivalency, university admission or school progression, and a page suggesting otherwise is manufacturing urgency rather than offering information.

Where we tutor

Al Ramtha against its neighbours

The honest district comparison: what each nearby area actually offers a family looking for IGCSE support, and how much of the difference is real.

Abu Shagara

Adjacent and heavily served by Indian-curriculum schools, which means plenty of candidates sitting British-board papers at schools teaching something else. Board identification is the first task from this direction.

Al Nud

A near neighbour with short journeys and overlapping tutoring supply. Any difference between an Al Nud quote and an Al Ramtha quote for the same tutor is the drive, not the teaching.

Al Qasimia

Dense, central and well supplied with tuition centres. The closest place to find a group class, which is the right purchase for a shared content weakness and the wrong one for script work.

Al Majaz

The emirate's deepest local pool and the first district to be fully booked once reports land. Availability there is worst exactly when demand across central Sharjah peaks.

Al Khan

Coastal and central, with the shortest journeys in this comparison. Earlier weekday sessions are realistic for students at nearby schools, which is a timing advantage rather than a quality one.

Muwaileh

A separate cluster to the east with its own supply and its own mock calendar, often a fortnight out of step. Tutors travelling from there price the journey into an in-home rate.

Al Nahda, Sharjah

Dubai-facing, where families use Dubai schools and sometimes Dubai tutors at Dubai prices. Online, a Dubai-based specialist costs no more to reach than a local one.

School ecosystem

How matching works

From first enquiry to a tutor who fits

  1. 01

Confirm the board, code and tier

One email to the exams officer settles all three, plus the school's internal entry-change deadline. In an area where schools run several curricula this is the step that makes every later comparison meaningful, and it is the step most enquiries skip.

  2. 02

    Send a recent script

The matched tutor marks it against the published mark scheme before you meet, which tells you whether the problem is missing content, weak technique or poor timing. Those are three different problems with three different costs.

  3. 03

Free trial with the assigned tutor

A full one-to-one lesson over live video, no payment and no card details, taught by the person who would teach the term. You keep the annotated script and a written view of what the remaining weeks can realistically change.

  4. 04

Fixed slot, written plan, review at six

An hour in Gulf Standard Time around the school run, a target list for the next six sessions, and a review on timed scores rather than attendance. If the fit is wrong we change tutor and carry the plan across.

Why families choose us

What UAE parents tell us matters most

Board-specific from the first question

We ask for the board, code and tier before anything else, which matters most where schools run more than one curriculum. Practising the wrong board's papers for a term is a mistake families usually discover in a mock.

Comparisons published, not implied

Cambridge against Pearson, district against district, and three routes to the same paper are set out with their trade-offs. Competitor pages in this market compare themselves against an unnamed alternative; a real comparison is more useful even when it does not favour us.

The same specialist from any address

Lessons are one-to-one over live video, so an Al Ramtha family reaches the same tutor an Al Majaz family would. IB Gram runs no UAE home visits - that service exists only in India - so no travel premium sits inside the rate.

Rates with sources and a date

Every AED band here carries the month it was read. Three of the six top-ranked pages in our research publish no price at all and two of the rest quote in dollars, which makes comparison impossible across most of this market.

Clear about what we are not

No grade guarantees, no assessed work written or edited, no board material distributed, no claimed regulator approval, and no UAE premises. Stating that on the page is more useful than letting a family find out after paying.

Questions parents ask

IB and IGCSE tutoring in Al Ramtha: your questions answered

Would searching from Abu Shagara or Al Nud give us better IGCSE options than Al Ramtha?+

Hardly at all. These districts share one tutoring pool, and the quality distribution is the same in each: many generalists, fewer board-specific teachers, very few single-code specialists. What varies is school type - this area has a heavy Indian-curriculum presence, so board identification matters more here - along with supply depth and how fast local availability disappears before a series. Moving a search two streets changes the names slightly and changes nothing about the examination your child sits.

How different are Cambridge and Pearson Edexcel in the same subject?+

Different enough that practising the wrong board's papers teaches partly wrong habits. Cambridge uses four-digit codes and tiers most subjects into Core and Extended, with sciences including an alternative-to-practical paper. Pearson codes begin with a 4 and its maths uses two equally weighted papers rather than a tiered pattern. Question phrasing and mark distribution within structured questions also differ. Confirm the current structure from the syllabus document your school issues, since these change between cycles.

Our school teaches an Indian curriculum but enters IGCSE papers. Who should teach my child?+

Somebody who has taught that board's papers rather than somebody who knows the content. The subject overlap between systems is substantial, so the gap is examination behaviour: question phrasing, the expectation that method is shown, and command terms treated as precise instructions. Two to four board-specific sessions working through past papers, marked against the published scheme, usually close that gap faster than more content teaching. Get the code from the statement of entry first - it decides which papers to practise.

Is it worth looking for a tutor in Dubai instead of Sharjah?+

Online, there is no reason not to: Dubai's market is deeper - the emirate recorded 387,441 students across 227 private schools offering seventeen curricula in 2024-25 - so more specialists are based there, and over video the distance costs nothing. In-home, a Dubai tutor travelling to Al Ramtha prices the journey and usually becomes the most expensive option on the table. Since the examination is identical in both emirates, the sensible approach is to choose on course experience and let the format remove the geography.

Can a disciplined student prepare without a tutor at all?+

For many candidates, substantially yes. Past papers and mark schemes exist, and a student who completes a paper under timing and marks it strictly against the scheme learns most of what a tutor teaches about technique. The two failure modes are generous self-marking and avoiding the papers that feel hardest, both of which a parent can partly police. The cheapest effective combination for most Year 11 candidates is self-study for volume plus a small number of specialist hours for direction.

Do group revision courses work as well as one-to-one before a series?+

For a shared content weakness they are good value, and they are the cheapest paid teaching per student. For an individual problem they cannot help: a group cannot keep one candidate's error log, review the script they wrote, or decide that this student should abandon one topic and drill another. That is why group courses often feel busy and change little - the candidate who needed three sessions on electrolysis sat through six hours covering everything else as well.

Which exam series will a Sharjah candidate sit, and what about a resit?+

Cambridge runs June and November series, and UAE candidates sit those two; the February/March series is offered in India only. Pearson Edexcel International GCSE runs in May/June and November. November is the standard resit route, and results from a November series reach students in January - the November 2025 cohort received theirs on 22 January 2026. Before entering, confirm the receiving sixth form or university accepts a January result and confirm the entry route with the school or a registered centre.

Why do in-home quotes differ so much between neighbouring districts?+

Because they price the journey. The teaching inside the hour does not change, but a tutor based in Muwaileh quoting for Al Ramtha adds the Maliha Road drive, while one from Al Nud adds almost nothing. Across published UAE rate cards the in-home band runs roughly AED 180 to 500 an hour against AED 150 to 300 online for a qualified subject tutor. If two quotes for the same tutor differ sharply by address, you are looking at the cost of fuel and time rather than quality.

How do I choose between two tutors who both sound competent?+

Ask six questions. Which board and code have you taught, and how recently? Will you mark a recent script before the first session? What changes in the last six weeks? What gets written down? What happens if the match is wrong? Do you hold the MoHRE private tuition permit? Specific answers to the first three and a replacement policy for the fifth separate candidates far better than price or distance do, and none of the questions requires subject knowledge from you.

Does my child's tier matter as much as the board?+

Nearly. At Cambridge, Core caps the grade available while Extended carries the full range and includes content a Core candidate never meets; Pearson tiers some subjects as Foundation and Higher. The test is whether the student can access the harder content and finish the harder paper in the time, which two sessions of past-paper questions will establish. Any change goes through the school before its internal entry deadline, so the conversation has to happen early rather than after the mocks that prompt it.

Are the regulators different for schools in Sharjah and Ajman?+

Yes, and it matters for school administration rather than tutoring. Sharjah's private schools are regulated by the Sharjah Private Education Authority, which also approves tuition fees, curricula, programmes, courses and assessment methods. Ajman, Umm Al Quwain and Fujairah are supervised by the federal Ministry of Education; Dubai has KHDA and Abu Dhabi has ADEK. The examination boards, series, timetables and mark schemes are identical across all of them, as is the federal tutor permit requirement.

What does ten weeks of exam preparation cost around here?+

A ten-week block at two sessions a week is about twenty hours, which at the published qualified-online band of AED 150 to 300 an hour is in the region of AED 3,000 to 6,000 per subject. The in-home equivalent, quoted at AED 180 to 500 an hour with travel absorbed, reaches AED 3,600 to 10,000 for the same hours. Those are market figures read in October 2026 and published for comparison rather than as our price list - ask us directly, and the trial costs nothing.

Can a tutor help with coursework where a subject still has it?+

With the teaching and the feedback, yes; with the writing, no. A tutor may explain what the task requires, question a plan, teach the skill involved and explain why a paragraph does not answer the question asked. A tutor may not write, redraft or edit any part of the submitted work, and IB Gram does not supply completed coursework. Services selling finished assessments appear in these search results at prices in the thousands of dirhams, and the consequence falls on the student rather than the seller.

What if the specialist we want has no slot at our preferred hour?+

We will offer a different hour with the right person, or a named date when one frees up. Demand concentrates in the eight to ten weeks before a series and narrow courses - Additional Mathematics 0606, computer science 0478, a specific board's business paper - sometimes have nobody free. What we will not do is substitute a generalist into a deadline block and leave a family to discover the mismatch over six weeks, because that costs exactly the weeks you were trying to buy.

The address is the least useful variable

Al Ramtha, Abu Shagara, Al Nud and Al Qasimia share one tutoring market, and the paper your child sits is identical in all of them. The comparisons that change a grade are the board, the tier, which paper is weak, and how the final weeks are spent. Send us the board, code and tier from the statement of entry, plus a recent script, and we will mark it against the published scheme, match a tutor who has taught that exact course, and run a free trial lesson over live video at no cost.
