IB and IGCSE Tutors and Online Home Tuition in Naugawan Sadat

Home tuition in Naugawan Sadat for an IB or IGCSE student no longer depends on finding a specialist in Amroha or Moradabad, because the specialist does not need to be in the room. IB and IGCSE tutors in Naugawan Sadat teach by live video, one student at a time, working from the same specification and past papers that your child's course follows.

  • One tutor and one student, live on video, with no trip to Amroha or Moradabad for IB or IGCSE help

IB & IGCSE in Naugawan Sadat

A mango-and-loom town in Rohilkhand, and an international syllabus it has not yet met

Naugawan Sadat is a town and tehsil in Amroha district, on the Rohilkhand plains of western Uttar Pradesh. Accounts of its founding credit two Sayyid scholars of the Abidi family, sometime between the fifteenth and early sixteenth centuries, and the name Sadat is the plural of Sayyid. Mango orchards and weaving are described as its main trades, and many local families have members working elsewhere in India or abroad. The 2001 census counted about 27,000 residents.

Most schooling here follows the Uttar Pradesh Board, delivered through inter colleges, a degree college and an ITI in town, with madrasas teaching Arabic and religious subjects alongside. Some private schools follow CBSE. We could not confirm any school in Naugawan Sadat, in Amroha or in Moradabad that teaches the IB, Cambridge IGCSE or Pearson Edexcel IGCSE, so the nearest confirmed campuses lie in Delhi NCR and in the hills around Dehradun and Mussoorie.

That gap is why IB and IGCSE tutors in Naugawan Sadat make sense online. A household with a father in the Gulf or in a metro, a student eyeing a degree overseas, or a child who boards in NCR and returns for the holidays cannot get these syllabuses locally, but can have a specialist on screen the same evening, working through the exact paper code.

On home tuition, we will be plain. Nobody will visit your house, because in-person home tuition runs only in Gurugram and parts of Delhi NCR. The private lesson reaches Naugawan Sadat online instead. And whichever tutor you work with, they coach and explain; they do not write Internal Assessments, Extended Essays, TOK essays or any assessed coursework for your child.

At a glance

  • Live online lessons for PYP, MYP, the Diploma and IGCSE
  • Students from Hindi, Urdu and English-medium backgrounds are all welcome
  • Timetables that respect mango season, Ramadan and Eid
  • A written note after every lesson

IB programmes

Every IB programme stage, mapped to Naugawan Sadat school years

Nobody in the Naugawan Sadat area can enrol in an IB programme down the road, so every stage reaches a family by a different route. Below, each programme is described by what a tutor actually does with it for a student here.

PYPClass Nursery-5, ages 3-12

IB Primary Years Programme

In a PYP lesson the tutor behaves more like a patient interviewer than an instructor: ask what the child noticed, push gently for a reason, then tie the answer back to reading, writing and number skills. No external exams hang over the stage, which keeps the pressure low.

Requests from Naugawan Sadat usually come from parents who want English reading and confident speaking in place before a move, or who wish to keep alive a PYP-style classroom the child knew at an earlier school.

MYPClass 6-10, ages 11-16

IB Middle Years Programme

Here the tutor's job is translation: turning a criterion such as 'justify your conclusion' into a checklist a thirteen-year-old can apply to a Science report or a Language task. Eight subject groups and a Personal Project at the end give plenty to organise.

UP Board students stepping into MYP-style tasks usually need practice in explaining their reasoning in full English sentences instead of listing results.

DPClass 11-12, ages 16-19

IB Diploma Programme

The Diploma tests stamina as much as subject knowledge. Six subjects, Theory of Knowledge, the Extended Essay and CAS compete for the same evenings, so a tutor spends real time on planning, timed past papers and the internal assessments that the student writes alone.

A Naugawan Sadat student on the Diploma is nearly always enrolled at a school in another city, which means weekday evenings and holiday blocks do most of the work.

CPClass 11-12, ages 16-19

IB Career-related Programme

CP puts two or three Diploma courses beside a career-related qualification, a strand of personal and professional skills and a reflective project. Tutors support the academic courses and do not stand in for the school on the career component.

We expect very few CP enquiries from the town and treat each one individually, starting with which Diploma courses the school has actually placed in the student's timetable.

Subject coverage

IB subjects we tutor

Parents here often ask whether the international syllabus is harder than the UP Board. A better question is which paper and level the child is aiming for, and how far the starting point is from it. That is what we settle at the outset, subject by subject.

IB Mathematics: Analysis & Approaches

HL / SL

Calculus, algebra and proof for future engineers, scientists and economists. Students who are quick with arithmetic often need to slow down and write every logical step, because the marks sit in the reasoning.

IB Mathematics: Applications & Interpretation

HL / SL

Probability, statistics and modelling with a calculator. Orchard yields, mango prices across a season or loom output over a month all work as practice datasets.

IB Physics

HL / SL

Mechanics, waves, thermal physics and fields. Cricket swing, a ceiling fan's motion and the Rohilkhand heat give everyday anchors for ideas that otherwise sit on the page.

IB Chemistry

HL / SL

Quantitative chemistry, energetics, equilibrium and organic reactions. Electroplating and corrosion, familiar from the brass trade in nearby Moradabad, bring electrochemistry to life.

IB Biology

HL / SL

Cell biology, genetics, ecology and plant science. Fruit ripening and pollination in an orchard district are easy to connect to the syllabus.

IB Environmental Systems and Societies

SL

Groundwater, river pollution, sugar-mill effluent and winter smog are live topics on the Ganga plain, which supplies case-study material close to home.

IB Economics

HL / SL

Price swings in mango markets, export-oriented crafts in Moradabad and remittances from relatives abroad give a rich supply of real examples.

IB Business Management

HL / SL

Family workshops, orchard enterprises and small textile firms make good test cases for the IB's strategy, finance and operations tools.

IB Computer Science

HL / SL

Programming, systems and, at HL, a case study released before the exam. Self-taught coders often need to learn to document and test their work.

IB English A: Language and Literature

HL / SL

Analysis of speeches, advertisements and poems. The Urdu and Hindi poetry traditions of this region help students who already read verse closely.

IB English B

HL / SL

For students whose strongest language is Hindi or Urdu and who are building academic English: reading, writing, listening and an individual oral.

IB Hindi A: Literature

HL / SL

Set texts, essays and an oral for students who read Hindi literature in the original and want it assessed.

IB Geography

HL / SL

River basins, urbanisation and resource use, plus a fieldwork-based internal assessment. The Ganga plain is an unusually clear teaching landscape.

IGCSE coverage

IGCSE subjects we tutor

For Naugawan Sadat students IGCSE usually means one of two things: a school elsewhere that already teaches it, or a deliberate head start in Class 8 or 9 on the way to the Diploma or A Level. The paper code and the exam board are where every plan begins.

IGCSE Mathematics 0580

Core / Extended

A bigger algebra and geometry load than the UP Board Class 10 course, with marks for method and for units. Extended keeps A Level and the Diploma open.

IGCSE Additional Mathematics 0606

Grade 10

Calculus, logarithms and vectors, taken by students who want a smooth path to Analysis and Approaches.

IGCSE Physics 0625

Core / Extended

Energy, motion, electricity and thermal topics, with extra care for the planning-and-analysis style of the practical paper.

IGCSE Chemistry 0620

Core / Extended

Particles, reactions, acids and salts, and electrolysis, which links neatly to the local metal-finishing trade.

IGCSE Biology 0610

Core / Extended

Cells, plants, nutrition, inheritance and ecology, with food chains and farming as familiar examples.

IGCSE Economics 0455

Grade 9-10

Markets, trade and government. Wholesale mango prices suit the topics on demand and supply.

IGCSE Business Studies 0450

Grade 9-10

Types of business, finance and marketing, using family-run units as the running example.

IGCSE Urdu as a Second Language 0539

Grade 9-10

For students who want a recognised Urdu grade beside their other IGCSE subjects, through reading, writing and speaking tasks.

IGCSE Hindi as a Second Language 0549

Grade 9-10

Comprehension and directed writing, with spoken practice for the oral component.

How sessions run

Tutoring formats built around Naugawan Sadat school timetables

Three shapes of lesson cover most families. All use live video; what differs is how many subjects are taught and how close the exam is.

One subject, one evening

A single weekly slot for the subject that worries the student most, often Mathematics or a science.

  • A tutor matched to that one syllabus
  • Past-paper practice marked together
  • Easy to start and easy to extend
  • Fits around a full school or coaching timetable

Paired subjects with a progress note

Two subjects on two evenings a week, a written note after each lesson and a short review call for parents every few weeks.

  • Typical pairings: Maths with Physics, or Chemistry with Biology
  • Notes list topics, homework and next steps
  • Parents follow progress without attending every session
  • A different tutor can be chosen for each subject

Exam-window sprints

Concentrated blocks in the weeks before mocks or the May and November sessions, built from timed papers and quick feedback.

  • Planned around Eid and the mango season
  • Daily or alternate-day lessons
  • Best arranged about three weeks ahead
  • Suits boarders back home for the holidays

What IB and IGCSE study actually looks like in Naugawan Sadat

01

Who in Naugawan Sadat asks about IB and IGCSE, and what are they hoping for?

Mostly parents who want a child's education to stay portable. That can mean a university degree abroad, a family link to the Gulf, Europe or North America, a plan to relocate within India, or a child who boards in another city and returns for the holidays. Naugawan Sadat has no international campus of its own, so the teaching arrives online.

Take households with a member working abroad or in a metro. Regular visits and remittances mean the family is used to thinking beyond the district, and children often hear English from relatives. When the question of school quality or a foreign degree comes up, the family looks for tutoring that matches an international syllabus, not only the UP Board textbook.

Owners of orchards, workshops and weaving units think in generations. A son or daughter may be expected to take over the business, study management or go abroad to train. IB Business Management and Economics, or IGCSE Business Studies, can be a sensible bridge, and a tutor can show how each concept applies to a family firm.

Teachers, bank staff, doctors and engineers living in or near the town make up another group. Some have come back after years in a city where their children studied IB or IGCSE and need a bridge. Others see the Diploma or Cambridge route as a way to widen options for a bright child before Class 11.

02

UP Board, CBSE, IGCSE or IB: what changes for a student from Naugawan Sadat?

In brief, the UP Board is textbook-first and examined in annual papers, CBSE leans a little more on application, IGCSE tests structured explanation with a choice between Core and Extended, and the IB Diploma adds research, reflection and a second language. For a Naugawan Sadat student the move to IGCSE is easiest in Class 9, and the jump to the Diploma in Class 11 needs a longer run-up.

English matters as much as content. A student who has studied in Hindi or Urdu medium, or met English only as a subject, may know the science perfectly well yet hesitate over command words such as 'evaluate' or 'justify'. A term of guided practice, writing short paragraphs against a mark scheme, usually closes that gap.

The UP Board's strengths are real. Students arrive with solid arithmetic, a habit of memorising definitions and the stamina to sit long papers. The adjustment is learning to show reasoning, to use units and significant figures consistently, and to apply a concept to a situation the textbook never described.

Language can also be a resource. Hindi and Urdu both appear as assessed languages across the IGCSE and IB menus, and the habit of reading poetry and speeches in them helps with analysing English texts. A tutor can show how to carry those skills across.

03

What goes into the fee for IB or IGCSE tuition in Naugawan Sadat?

Three students show how the rate varies. A Class 6 child needing MYP Science support, a Class 10 student on IGCSE Extended Mathematics and a Class 12 student facing HL Physics six weeks before the exam will each get a different quotation, because the depth of the course, the scarcity of suitable tutors and the urgency all differ. Each figure is given in writing before the free trial, and there is no public price list.

Scarcity is the first lever. Tutors who have recently taught Higher Level sciences or Mathematics AA are fewer than those for primary-years literacy. Depth is the second: a tutor must prepare far more for HL derivations than for Core IGCSE content. Urgency is the third, since a tight revision block close to an exam needs more preparation per hour than a relaxed weekly slot across a term.

Alongside the fee, count what online tuition removes. In Naugawan Sadat the usual alternative is a trip to Amroha or Moradabad for a class that does not cover these syllabuses at all, or a boarding place hundreds of kilometres away. A weekly online lesson saves petrol or fares, lodging and hours lost on the road.

To get a quotation, tell us the board, the subject and level, how many lessons a week you have in mind and when the next exam falls. Send it on WhatsApp or by email and a written figure comes back. The trial lesson itself costs nothing.

04

Online tutor, class in Amroha or Moradabad, a local teacher or self-study: how do they compare?

Each option solves a different problem. A class in Amroha or Moradabad provides routine and peer company for the UP Board and entrance tests, but not IB or Cambridge content. A local teacher can be flexible and affordable, though seldom trained in international mark schemes. Self-study demands discipline and a way to get written answers marked. An online specialist covers exactly the course, at the family's hours.

What families sometimes underestimate is the value of feedback on written answers. Past papers are plentiful, but a student alone cannot see why a four-mark answer earned two. A tutor who knows the mark scheme can point to the line that cost the marks and show how to rewrite it, and that skill carries across every subject.

Online learning is not effortless. It asks for a quiet corner at home, a laptop or tablet, a reliable connection and a student willing to turn the camera on. We suggest a four-week trial before judging, and the free first lesson helps decide whether the arrangement suits the household.

The table lays the routes side by side.

05

How do mango season, Ramadan and the monsoon fit around exam dates?

Two clocks run in Naugawan Sadat: the exam clock and the orchard clock. On the exam side, the IB sits in May and November, with results in early July and early January. Cambridge IGCSE runs in February-March (a series offered to candidates in India), May-June and October-November, and Pearson Edexcel International GCSE in January, May-June and October-November. Private candidates need an authorised centre, so ask well ahead.

The orchard clock is just as firm. Mango trees flower in late winter, fruit sets through spring, and picking and marketing run from about June into August. Orchard families are busiest just after the IB May papers and the Cambridge May-June series, so tell the tutor early which weeks are impossible and the plan can be built around them.

The religious calendar shifts about eleven days earlier each year. When Ramadan falls near an exam series, many families prefer lessons after iftar, late in the evening or in a shorter slot earlier in the day. Eid brings visits and travel too. We simply ask the family and set the timetable to match.

Heat and the monsoon complete the picture. Late spring brings fierce heat to the plains, so early-morning and late-evening slots work better; the monsoon from July can disturb power and connectivity; December and January bring fog and cold. A spare slot each week is cheap insurance against all three.

06

Where can a student from Naugawan Sadat go after IB or IGCSE?

  • Confirm AIU equivalence before applying to any Indian university
  • Read each university's own IB and IGCSE entry rules, since they change
  • JEE, NEET and CUET-UG preparation runs separately on the Indian syllabus
  • Overseas offers rest on predicted IB grades or on IGCSE and A Level results

To most universities in India and abroad, provided the results match the entry rules. In India, the Association of Indian Universities issues equivalence for the IB Diploma and for IGCSE-plus-A Level routes. CUET-UG then gives access to central universities, including Delhi University and Jamia Millia Islamia, though each institution publishes its own rules every year.

Closer to home, Aligarh Muslim University lies roughly 100 to 120 kilometres away, Moradabad has Teerthanker Mahaveer University and IFTM University, and Gajraula in Amroha district has Shri Venkateshwara University. Mahatma Jyotiba Phule Rohilkhand University is at Bareilly. Check each one's current admission rules for IB and Cambridge results before relying on them.

For engineering and medicine, JEE Main and NEET-UG remain the national gateways. IB and Cambridge students can sit them where the subject and marks rules are met, but the papers follow the Indian syllabus, and a tutor can help plan how to fit that preparation beside the international course.

Overseas applications run on predicted grades and final results: UCAS in the UK, the Common Application in the United States, and direct routes in Canada, Australia and the Gulf. Families with relatives abroad often understand these systems better than they expect, and the tutor's part is to align subject choice and grades with the destination.

07

IB Maths and the sciences: which combination suits a Naugawan Sadat student?

If engineering, architecture or pure science is the aim, take Analysis and Approaches with Physics and Chemistry. If medicine, biotechnology or agriculture-linked study is the aim, take Biology and Chemistry with either Maths course. If commerce, economics or business is the aim, Applications and Interpretation with Economics suits well.

Think of the Diploma as six lenses on one future. A student interested in running an orchard business more scientifically might combine Biology, Chemistry, Business Management and Applications and Interpretation. One drawn to the weaving or handicraft trade as a design-and-export business might choose Economics, Business Management, English and Maths AI.

Each science has its own habit. Physics rewards clean setting-out and unit discipline; Chemistry rewards memory for reaction types and precise terminology; Biology rewards well-structured explanations in full sentences. Maths rewards writing each step, so that follow-through marks can be awarded.

Tutors work from past papers and the IB subject guide. A normal lesson reviews last week's homework, teaches one new idea, tries it on exam-style questions and ends with a timed problem that the student does alone while the tutor watches.

08

Which IGCSE decisions should a Class 8 or 9 family settle first?

Four choices decide most IGCSE plans: the exam board, the tier, the subject list and the sitting. Cambridge and Pearson Edexcel both award the IGCSE, but their papers, practical rules and series differ, so a student works from one board per subject and the tutor follows that board's specification.

Tier comes next. Core results top out at grade C while Extended reaches A*, and most sixth-form and Diploma programmes expect Extended in Mathematics and the sciences. Core suits a student who is building confidence and wants a sound base.

Then the subject list. A usual set is English, Mathematics, two sciences, a language, and electives such as Economics, Business Studies or Computer Science. For a family tied to the orchard or textile trade, Business Studies and Economics are natural electives, and Hindi or Urdu can sit among the languages.

Finally the sitting. A school candidate sits with the school's series. A private candidate chooses a series and an authorised centre, which in this part of Uttar Pradesh may be some distance away, so booking early matters.

Where we tutor

Naugawan Sadat and the towns around it that we teach online

Lessons never need a car or a bus ticket, so these places are here for context: who shares a school catchment, which towns families look to for coaching and exams, and where the distance from an international campus is greatest.

Town centre and main market

The dense core of Naugawan Sadat, where shops, workshops and homes sit together. A quiet corner for lessons is mostly a matter of timing, so slots are fixed after the market's busiest hours.

Orchard fringe

The mango-growing edge of town and the villages beyond, where orchard families watch the weather as closely as the school calendar. Slots shift in the weeks of flowering and picking.

Amroha

The district headquarters, a short drive south-east and the usual place for coaching classes and exam centres. Families here often compare an online tutor with a class in Amroha.

Hasanpur

Another tehsil town of the district, to the south. Students there share the same distance from any verified international campus, and the same online route.

Dhanaura

A tehsil town to the west of Naugawan Sadat, closer to the Delhi highway. Families with relatives in NCR sometimes see a campus visit as part of a Delhi trip.

Gajraula

An industrial town on the Delhi highway about 30 kilometres from Amroha, with factory-worker and manager households, some posted from other states.

Moradabad

The brass-and-handicraft city and divisional headquarters, around 35 kilometres from Amroha, for shopping, medical visits and coaching. We found no IB or Cambridge campus there.

Bijnor side

The neighbouring district to the north. Students there and in Naugawan Sadat face the same gap: no verified IB or Cambridge campus within easy reach.

Hapur and Garhmukteshwar

The route toward Delhi crosses the Ganga here. Families driving to the capital for exams or school tours pass this way, which helps when planning a visit to an NCR campus.

Delhi and Noida

The nearest places with confirmed IB and Cambridge campuses, around 140 kilometres to the west, and where boarders from the town most often end up.

School ecosystem

IB and Cambridge school communities we support in Naugawan Sadat

Naugawan Sadat, Amroha and Moradabad

Plenty of UP Board and some CBSE choices, but no IB or Cambridge IGCSE campus has been verified across this belt, so families look outward.

    Nearby: Noida and Delhi

Roughly 140 kilometres west along the Delhi highway, and the most practical place to see a working IB or Cambridge campus in a single day trip.

    • Pathways School Noida
    • Genesis Global School, Noida
    • The British School, New Delhi

    Nearby: Dehradun and Mussoorie

The hill boarding belt that many families across western Uttar Pradesh consider from Class 9 onwards. Several campuses here offer IB or Cambridge programmes.

    • SelaQui International School
    • Unison World School
    • Woodstock School, Mussoorie

    Boarding: Gurugram

The one place where our tutors do teach face to face. A boarder here can also keep lessons going online from home in Naugawan Sadat during the holidays.

    • Pathways World School, Aravali
    • GD Goenka World School

No IB World School and no Cambridge or Edexcel IGCSE centre could be confirmed in Naugawan Sadat, Amroha or Moradabad, so the school strip stays empty. Campuses named below sit in other cities and are shown purely to indicate where real options exist. IB Gram is independent of each of them, of the IB, of Cambridge and of Pearson.

IB and IGCSE tutoring in Naugawan Sadat: your questions answered

Where can I find IB and IGCSE tutors in Naugawan Sadat?+

Through an online match arranged by IB Gram. Tell us the programme or board, the subject, the level and the exam session, and we choose a tutor who has taught that exact course. No such specialist is based in the town, so we search across India. You receive a short profile, a free trial lesson and a written plan before you decide anything.

Do tutors come to our home in Naugawan Sadat?+

No. In-person home tuition is available only in Gurugram and parts of Delhi NCR. In Naugawan Sadat the lesson is private and one-to-one but online: your child sits at home with a laptop or tablet while the tutor teaches live. It saves the journey to Amroha or Moradabad and keeps the student somewhere familiar and comfortable.

Is there an IB, Cambridge or Edexcel school near Naugawan Sadat?+

We could not confirm one in the town, in Amroha or in Moradabad. Local schools follow the UP Board, with some CBSE options. The nearest confirmed international campuses are in Noida and Delhi, plus boarding schools around Dehradun and Mussoorie and in Gurugram. If you know of a recent authorisation nearby, send us the details and we will check the official directory.

My child is in a UP Board school. Is moving to IGCSE or the Diploma realistic?+

Yes, with a plan, and the smoother entry points are Class 9 for IGCSE and Class 11 for the Diploma. The main adjustments are English-medium reasoning, writing out method and meeting command words like 'evaluate'. A diagnostic lesson shows the gaps, and most students need one or two terms of steady practice before the new style feels natural.

What does IB or IGCSE tuition cost in Naugawan Sadat?+

It depends on the subject, the level, the lesson length, how many lessons you book a week and the tutor's experience, and the figure is given in writing before the free trial. We do not print a price list. Higher Level sciences and Mathematics cost more than primary-years support, while the online format spares you the travel to Amroha or Moradabad.

Can Urdu or Hindi count in an IB or IGCSE plan?+

Yes. Hindi is available as an IB language course and as IGCSE Hindi as a Second Language (0549), and IGCSE Urdu as a Second Language (0539) is also an option. Which course suits a student depends on the home language and the school, so tell us the level and we will confirm tutor availability before the trial.

In which language are the lessons conducted?+

Mostly English, because the syllabuses, papers and mark schemes are in English. Where a student is more comfortable in Hindi, a tutor who speaks it can explain a tricky idea briefly and then return to English so that the exam vocabulary sticks. Mention this when you write to us and we will look for a tutor who suits.

How do you handle lessons during Ramadan and Eid?+

We adjust the timetable to the family: after iftar, late in the evening or in a shorter slot earlier in the day, whichever your child finds easier. Tell us the dates in advance and the tutor will lighten the load, plan around Eid travel and place any mock papers before or after the fasting month, not in the middle of it.

What happens in the free trial lesson?+

The trial is a genuine live lesson on a real topic from the course, taught by the tutor you would work with. It costs nothing and parents are welcome to sit in. At the end the tutor sketches a first-month plan and you decide. If the match feels wrong, we offer a different tutor, and the quoted rate stays in writing.

What kind of help is allowed with the IA and Extended Essay?+

Coaching is allowed; authoring is not. Tutors can go through the assessment criteria with you, discuss what a good research question looks like, explain how to structure a method section and respond to drafts the student has written. They never supply text, data or conclusions, and they do not write TOK essays or any coursework either.

Which IB subjects can your tutors teach?+

Both IB Mathematics courses, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Environmental Systems and Societies, Economics, Business Management, Geography, Computer Science, English A and B, and Hindi, subject to who is free at your hours. For a subject outside this list, write to us; we will say clearly whether we can help rather than guess.

Do you coach younger children on PYP or MYP work?+

Yes. PYP help centres on reading, writing, number sense and unit projects, in short lessons. MYP help centres on criteria-based tasks, Science and Maths reasoning and the process journal for the Personal Project. Younger students usually do best with brief, regular sessions and a parent close by while they settle in.

Is online tuition practical in Naugawan Sadat?+

It is, with a little preparation. Use a laptop or tablet with a camera and microphone, check the connection before each lesson and keep a mobile hotspot as a fallback. If power or signal fails, message the tutor straight away and the session will be shifted, usually by a day, so that the hour is not simply lost.

Can students from Hasanpur, Dhanaura, Gajraula or nearby villages join?+

Yes. Because lessons run online, a student anywhere around Naugawan Sadat, Amroha or the neighbouring district can take part. Distance matters only for exam centres, if the student is a private candidate, and for the quality of the connection. Tell us your location and we will advise on both before you commit.

How do we choose between Core and Extended IGCSE?+

Pick Extended when A Level, the IB Diploma or a science degree is in view, because Core grades stop at C. Core suits a student who wants a sound foundation with less pressure. The first lesson works as a diagnostic: a short paper in the subject shows which tier is realistic and how much time the student needs.

When is the right time to start?+

Early in the course: Class 9 for IGCSE, Class 11 for the Diploma and the start of MYP Year 4 for criteria work. Starting early leaves time for gaps to close before internal assessments and mocks. Later starters can still use a focused block, and should tell us the exam date in the first message.

    How are tutors vetted?+

We check qualifications, recent classroom or tutoring experience at the specific level and how comfortably the tutor works with mark schemes, and a short demonstration lesson comes first. The strongest evidence is still the free trial, where your child meets the tutor directly. If the fit is wrong, a replacement is arranged.

Is IB Gram linked to any school, university or board?+

No. IB Gram is independent, with no affiliation to the IB, Cambridge, Pearson Edexcel or any school or university named here. Those names appear only so families can see where campuses and universities are, drawn from public listings. Our tutors advise on the syllabus and your child, never on a school partnership.

    How do we get started?+

Send an email to support@ibgram.com or a WhatsApp message to +91 7439 368 115. Include the board or programme, the subject, the level, where your child stands now and the evenings that work. We reply with a shortlist and trial times, usually inside a day. On the day itself, all the student needs is a charged device, headphones and a quiet corner.
