How IB Gram turns best IB tutor in Marine Drive into a two-name shortlist

The phrase parents type is a shortcut for a longer question: who, out of everybody available near me, is most likely to help this particular child in this particular subject this term. Answering that requires four pieces of information and none of them are flattering adjectives. The subject and the level. The board and the programme year. What the last marked piece of work actually looked like, question by question. And the evenings that genuinely work in your household, because a superb tutor who cannot hold your slot is worse than a good one who can.

With those four we build a shortlist of two or three verified profiles, each carrying the levels that person actually teaches, the components they have marked, and a plain sentence on why we think they suit this child rather than the one in the next building. The reason we send two or three rather than fifteen is that a long list transfers the work back to you without giving you the information to do it. A short list with reasons is a recommendation you can argue with, which is the only kind worth having.

You then take a free discovery call, ask the questions set out in the sections below, and either approve somebody or tell us why not. The second shortlist, if you need one, is better than the first because your reaction to the first told us something. IB home tuition in Marine Drive begins only once you have approved a named person, and the first session is diagnostic rather than instructional.

IB Gram is an independent matching platform. We are not affiliated with Cathedral and John Connon School, Bombay International School, or any other school named on this page. We do not guarantee grades, we do not publish success rates, and no tutor on the platform may promise a specific result. What we will do is tell you when the right specialist is not available on your evening, rather than filling the slot with whoever is free.

  • 1. Give us subject, level, board and programme year
  • 2. Describe the last marked paper question by question, not by grade
  • 3. Name your workable evenings before any tutor is suggested
  • 4. Two or three verified profiles arrive with written reasons attached
  • 5. Free discovery call, your approval, then a diagnostic first session

Board and level first: what a tutor has to be matched against

Before anything else, a match has to be correct on two axes. The board, which on this corridor is usually the International Baccalaureate (IB) or Cambridge International Education and Pearson Edexcel at International GCSE. And the level within it, which means Higher Level (HL) or Standard Level (SL) in the Diploma Programme (DP), the criterion structure in the Middle Years Programme (MYP), the inquiry framing of the Primary Years Programme (PYP), or the Core and Extended tier decision in the IGCSE years. Get either axis wrong and the tutor will teach well and miss.

The two boards reward different things even where the content overlaps, and this is the part parents most often underestimate. Diploma Programme assessment runs through internal assessments, an Extended Essay (EE) and Theory of Knowledge (TOK) alongside the papers, so a tutor has to be fluent in supervised coursework as well as examination technique. The IGCSE years are examination-weighted with a tier entry decision that shapes what should be taught all year. A tutor who has only ever worked in one of those two systems can be excellent and still mis-plan a term in the other.

Level matters just as much within a board. Higher Level in the Diploma Programme is not the Standard Level course with longer papers; it carries additional content, usually the mathematically or conceptually heavier material, and it arrives in the second year when the Extended Essay and internal assessments are also live. A tutor comfortable at Standard Level may be perfectly competent and out of their depth on the additional higher level topics, which is a question you should ask directly rather than infer from a profile.

So when a parent asks for the best IB tutor in Marine Drive, the first honest response is a question about axes rather than a name. An all IB and IGCSE subjects IB and IGCSE, Years 1-12 tutor Mumbai agencies advertise does not exist as a single person; what exists is a pool, and the skill is picking the right person out of it for one child in one subject this term. A good platform narrows. A weak one broadens, because breadth is easier to advertise.

  • Two axes: the board and the level within it, both must be right
  • Diploma Programme assessment includes coursework, Extended Essay and Theory of Knowledge
  • The IGCSE years turn on a Core or Extended tier entry decision
  • Higher Level adds content; ask directly about additional higher level topics
  • Nobody teaches every subject at every level; be suspicious of anyone who claims it

Why subject-and-level match beats general brilliance

The most common hiring mistake on this corridor is engaging an impressive person rather than the right one. A former school head of department is a genuinely strong credential for a second-year Diploma Programme candidate three months from the examination session and close to irrelevant for a Year 7 student who has stopped reading task sheets. A university postgraduate in physics may be unable to explain why a Middle Years Programme criterion level did not move, because criterion marking is a separate skill from physics. Brilliance is not transferable across levels, and the market prices it as though it were.

The second mistake is hiring for the subject the child dislikes rather than the subject that is costing marks. Those are often different. A student may hate chemistry and be losing more marks in mathematics, where the losses are quieter because the grade has not yet collapsed. Working from marked papers rather than from feelings is the fix, and it is why we ask for the last marked work before suggesting anybody. An all IB and IGCSE subjects tutor in Marine Drive hired on the strength of a general complaint is being asked to find the problem on your time.

The third is assuming that one tutor across several subjects is efficient. Sometimes it is, particularly in the earlier years where the work is study habits, planning and writing to command terms, all of which transfer. At Diploma Programme level it usually is not, because the depth required in each subject is real and the coursework conventions differ. A good platform will tell you when one tutor is enough and when you are buying a compromise, and the honest answer sometimes costs us a booking.

What subject-and-level match looks like in practice is specific. For a Diploma Programme sciences student: somebody who has marked those papers and supervised internal investigations. For an IGCSE mathematics candidate: somebody who knows which tier the school has entered and what the non-calculator expectation demands. For a Middle Years Programme student: somebody who reads criterion descriptors fluently. All IB and IGCSE subjects home classes Marine Drive families book without specifying this end up with a pleasant weekly hour and an unchanged report. Put plainly, the best IB home tutor in Marine Drive for your child is whoever matches on those two axes, and that person changes when your child changes year.

  • An impressive credential at one level is often irrelevant at another
  • Hire for the subject losing marks, not the subject your child dislikes
  • Criterion marking is a separate skill from subject knowledge
  • One tutor across subjects suits study habits, rarely Diploma Programme depth
  • A good platform tells you when you are buying a compromise

Is the best tutor the nearest one in Marine Drive?

Not always, but proximity matters more than parents expect, because the tutor who cannot hold your slot stops being an option in week five. A tutor working this seafront will typically cover Marine Drive along the Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose Road frontage, Nariman Point at the southern end, Girgaon inland behind the Charni Road end, and Walkeshwar climbing towards Malabar Hill. Those four are close enough that one person can hold several families and still arrive when they said they would, which is the single most underrated quality in a home tutor.

South Mumbai is dense and short-distance but slow, and that is the whole argument. A tutor crossing from Worli to Colaba covers eight kilometres and can still lose forty minutes to the Peddar Road and Haji Ali signals in the evening peak. So we match within the island rather than bringing somebody down from the suburbs. The trade-off is honest: occasionally the best available specialist for a scarce subject lives in the Western Suburbs, and in that case you choose between a slightly weaker match who is reliable and a stronger one who will reschedule. For a weekly commitment across a term, reliability usually wins.

Churchgate and Charni Road serve the corridor, and which is relevant depends on the tutor's own line. Western Line tutors from Grant Road or Mumbai Central use Charni Road and walk in through Girgaon; tutors from Colaba or Cuffe Parade drive up past Nariman Point; Metro Line 3 has widened the realistic pool towards Bandra Kurla Complex. The Coastal Road helps the run from Worli outside peak and does nothing for the last hundred metres into a forecourt. These are not trivia: they decide whether a 6.30pm start is a commitment or an aspiration.

Within the four pockets, the local detail changes the shortlist. Walkeshwar is uphill, narrow and badly parked, so slots there need ten minutes of slack and tutors often walk the last stretch. Girgaon is close and slower than the map suggests once the market lanes fill. Nariman Point is the easiest address after half past six as the offices empty. When parents search for IB tutors near me Marine Drive and then accept somebody based three suburbs away, the arrangement usually fails on logistics rather than on teaching.

  • A tutor who cannot hold the slot stops being an option by week five
  • Four workable pockets: Marine Drive, Nariman Point, Girgaon, Walkeshwar
  • Reliability usually beats a marginally stronger match who travels far
  • Walkeshwar needs built-in slack; Nariman Point eases after 6.30pm
  • Metro Line 3 widened the pool towards Bandra Kurla Complex

What the Cathedral and Bombay International calendars tell you about timing

Marine Drive addresses are a short drive from Cathedral and John Connon School in Fort and from Bombay International School at Babulnath, which is why households here so often have children at two schools on two pathways. Both are named as local context only; IB Gram has no relationship with either and claims none. What the proximity actually tells you is about timing rather than quality: the two schools set their internal assessment weeks independently, so in a two-school household there is no quiet fortnight.

That changes what good looks like. The strongest tutor in the city is a poor choice if their only free slot is the one fortnight your elder child's coursework is due, and a merely good tutor with a flexible midweek pattern may serve the household better across a year. Parents comparing names in a building lobby rarely compare calendars, and the calendar is usually what decides whether the arrangement survives to March. Ask a prospective tutor what they do in a clash fortnight, and listen for whether they have thought about it before. In a two-school household the best IB home tutor in Marine Drive is frequently the one with the most flexible midweek diary rather than the longest list of credentials.

The two-school pattern also shapes how you read other parents' recommendations, which on this corridor circulate constantly and carry real weight. A neighbour's tutor who was transformative for their Year 11 may be wrong for your Year 9, not because the tutor changed but because the job did. When you take a recommendation, take it with its context attached: which subject, which level, which board, which year, and what specifically improved. A recommendation without those five facts is a name, not information.

Across the Mumbai school year the pressure points are predictable enough to plan around. The weeks after the June term opens catch families who thought the year had barely begun. The stretch after Diwali is heavy because the break rarely functions as the revision fortnight everyone imagines. The new-year mock or pre-board round is the first honest read of where a student stands under time, and for Diploma Programme candidates the mid-year window where internal assessments, the Extended Essay and Theory of Knowledge collide is the hardest fortnight of the two-year course. Hiring before those points rather than after them is most of what separates a calm year from a frantic one.

  • Two schools a short drive apart set assessment weeks independently
  • A tutor's availability in clash fortnights matters more than their credentials
  • Take a neighbour's recommendation with subject, level, board and year attached
  • Diwali rarely functions as the revision fortnight families plan on
  • The mid-year Diploma Programme collision is the hardest window of the course

Does the best IB home tutor in Mumbai have to come to your flat?

For most families on this corridor, yes, and the reason is attention rather than content. A tutor in the room sees the hesitation, the blank page, the phone face-down but present, the working skipped. That visibility is the whole value of home tuition at school age, and it is why we lead with it. It also solves a scheduling problem specific to South Mumbai: a student who does not have to travel anywhere after school keeps the hour they would otherwise lose to the Peddar Road signals.

Online is a real option with honest limits, and the limits differ by subject. For discussion subjects, essay feedback, language conversation and coursework supervision, a screen costs almost nothing. For anything where working is written out by hand, a screen costs a great deal unless it is set up properly: a document camera or a phone on a stand over the page, a shared whiteboard both parties write on, and work photographed and sent before the session rather than displayed during it. An IB online tutor in Marine Drive is also the right answer when a scarce specialist simply is not inside the island, where the choice is a screen or a weaker match.

Hybrid is where most families here end up by the second term, and the shape matters more than the ratio. The weekly session stays at home for teaching and diagnosis. A shorter midweek online slot handles the specific question from class, checks a set of worked solutions, or reviews the next section of a coursework draft. Before a deadline the balance tilts towards frequent short online contact, because turnaround speed on feedback becomes the limiting factor rather than teaching time.

The honest trade-off is that each mode fails differently. Home sessions are vulnerable to the household: the doorbell, a younger sibling, a dining table with another function. Online sessions are vulnerable to the student: a second browser tab, a camera angle that conceals a phone. Decide which failure your household can absorb and say so on the discovery call. A tutor who is told this in week one plans around it; one who discovers it in week five has already lost a month.

  • A tutor in the room sees hesitation, skipped working and the present phone
  • Screens cost little for essays, languages and coursework supervision
  • Handwritten working online needs a document camera, not a laptop lid
  • Hybrid shape: teaching at home, fast feedback online, tilting before deadlines
  • Home sessions fail to the household; online sessions fail to attention

The four checks that separate a good IB home tutor from a bad one

Our side happens before a profile reaches you. Identity confirmed against photo identification, qualifications seen rather than claimed, a subject and level conversation with somebody who knows the programme, and reference contact where there is prior teaching history in the city. We ask what a tutor has taught and assessed rather than what they are willing to take on, because those two answers diverge sharply under questioning. That is the baseline for any IB tutor Mumbai families reach through this platform, and a baseline is not a verdict on fit.

Check one is the unseen question. Hand the tutor a question your child got wrong, from a real paper, and ask them to work it aloud. You are not auditing their mathematics; you are listening for whether they explain the choice of method and the likely misconception, or simply produce the answer. A tutor who talks about where a student would go wrong on this question has taught it many times. A tutor who solves it silently and efficiently may never have taught it at all. This single exercise tells you more about a prospective best IB tutor in Marine Drive than any paragraph on a profile.

Check two is session one. Ask what it contains. The right answer is marked work, timed conditions and a written list of gaps at the end. A tutor whose first session is an overview of the syllabus has not heard your question, and a tutor who plans to spend it getting to know your child has planned a pleasant hour you are paying for. Check three is the four-week conversation: ask what they would tell you if nothing had moved. Somebody who cannot describe that conversation will not start it, and you will find out in month three.

Check four is the honesty test, and it is the fastest. Be wary of a tutor who offers a guaranteed grade, and treat a quoted success rate as the identical claim in better clothing. Be equally careful with a tutor who will not show you marked work because the sessions are enjoyable, who is vague about where help on coursework stops, or who agrees to every subject you mention. An IB private tutor Marine Drive families find through a building group may be genuinely excellent and will not have been checked by anybody, which is the specific gap this platform closes. On our side the profile you approve is the person who arrives, a replacement shortlist follows if they cannot continue, and we do not guarantee grades.

  • Make them work aloud a real question your child got wrong
  • Session one should be marked work and a written gap list
  • Ask what they would say to you after four flat weeks
  • A quoted success rate is the same claim as a promised grade
  • Agreeing to every subject you mention is a warning sign, not flexibility

What should you ask on the discovery call, and what are the warning signs?

Eight questions, in this order, and the call need not last more than twenty minutes. Which board and level have you taught this subject at, and for how many examination sessions. What have you marked. What will session one consist of. How will you tell me what is wrong, and in what form. What does homework look like between sessions, and who checks it. Where does your help on coursework stop. What would you tell me at four weeks if nothing had changed. And what would make you tell me I had hired the wrong person. That last one is the most informative question on the list, because only a confident tutor answers it.

The warning signs cluster into three kinds. Claims: a promised grade, a quoted percentage, a specific number of marks, confident agreement to every subject in the household. Vagueness: no clear answer about session one, no account of how progress will be evidenced, no boundary on coursework help. And logistics: a tutor who is enthusiastic about a slot that is obviously hard for them to reach, which in this part of Mumbai means anybody committing to a 6.30pm start from the far side of the Peddar Road signals without mentioning the traffic at all.

There is a fourth category worth naming because it is the hardest to act on: a tutor your child likes who is not producing anything. Likeability is not a problem, and it is not a result either. Sessions that are warm, well-attended and evidence-free are the most expensive kind, because nobody involved wants to end them. The test is unchanged: after four weeks, is there marked work and a written account of what is wrong. If not, the arrangement is social rather than academic, however pleasant everybody is being.

Finally, ask yourself two questions about your own household before you hire anybody. Is there a table and an hour that can be protected weekly for a full term, because the best IB home tutor in Marine Drive cannot create either. And is the problem actually academic, because a student who is anxious, exhausted or sleeping four hours needs a different intervention and a tutor added to that load makes it worse. Both are fair reasons to wait a month, and we would rather tell you so than take the booking.

  • Ask what would make them tell you that you hired the wrong person
  • Claims to distrust: promised grades, quoted rates, agreement to everything
  • Vagueness about session one or coursework boundaries is disqualifying
  • Enthusiasm about an unreachable slot is a logistics warning sign
  • A liked tutor producing no marked work is the most expensive kind
  • Protect a table and an hour weekly before you hire anybody

What should a tutor show you after four weeks in Mumbai?

A document, not an impression. At four weeks what you are entitled to is a written account built from marked work: which components or criteria are weak, which losses are misconceptions and which are habits, what the homework pattern has been and whether it was done, and what the next month will target. Four weeks of home tuition does not move a grade, so grade movement at four weeks is not a reasonable expectation and its absence is not a failure. The absence of the document is a failure, and it is the point at which to say something while a term remains usable.

At one term, twelve to fourteen sessions, the mark should move and the reason should be nameable. A timed past paper crossing a boundary is evidence. A class test that happened to cover the two topics just drilled is weaker evidence, and a tutor who presents it as proof is flattering you. What shows most reliably at a term is technique: working written out, units carried, answers given to sensible precision, command terms answered as asked. Those marks were always available and were being given away.

Across a full cycle, consistent weekly work and properly supervised coursework typically move a student from the middle of a band towards the top of it, sometimes across a boundary. It does not reliably transform a struggling candidate into a high scorer, and a tutor who sets that as the September target has arranged a disappointing May. We do not publish success rates and we do not guarantee grades, because any platform quoting a figure is quoting the students who would have done well anyway. That is the least marketable sentence on this page and the most important one.

When it is not working, the decision belongs in week three. Specific signals: three sessions with no marked work, a student who cannot say what the last session covered, coursework that has had several conversations and no narrowed focus, or two reschedules. Tell us and we rebuild the shortlist with what the first attempt taught us written into the brief, so the second match is better aimed rather than merely different. Replacing early costs a fortnight. Hoping until the mocks costs a term, and in a final year there is not a spare one.

  • Four weeks: a written diagnosis from marked work, not grade movement
  • One term: a boundary crossed under timed conditions, with the cause named
  • Technique marks return first; conceptual repair takes longer
  • Week-three signals: nothing marked, vague recall, repeated rescheduling
  • A platform quoting a success rate is quoting self-selected students

When home tuition in Marine Drive is the wrong answer

Three situations where we would tell you to wait. First, when the problem is sleep, anxiety or workload rather than teaching: a student running on four hours and three co-curriculars does not need a fifth commitment, and adding one usually produces a worse month. Second, when the subject choice itself is wrong. A student failing a Higher Level subject they chose for someone else's reasons may need a conversation with their coordinator about the combination, not a tutor who props it up for two years. Third, when nobody at home can protect an hour and a table weekly for a term, because the arrangement will collapse and you will conclude the tutor was poor.

There is a fourth, more awkward case. Sometimes a parent wants a tutor because a neighbour has one, and the child is doing perfectly well. Extra tuition for a student who is coping is not harmless; it eats the unstructured time that independent study habits are built in, which is precisely what the transition into a Diploma Programme year demands. If the marked work does not show a problem, the honest recommendation is to spend the money on nothing and revisit in a term.

When it is the right answer, getting started is short. Have the last marked paper with the teacher's comments, the current exercise book or coursework folder, and the term's assessment calendar. Session one is then diagnostic: questions set across components, timed, marked against the real criteria, converted into a written plan with an order of attack and a named habit to change this week. If that plan does not exist when the hour ends, tell us that evening rather than at the mocks.

Send us the subject, the board, the level, the year, what the last marked work showed and your workable evenings. Two or three verified profiles come back with written reasons, and a free discovery call with whoever you want to speak to first. Nothing is scheduled and nothing is payable until that call has happened and you have approved a name. IB tuition fees in Marine Drive depend on the board, the level, how scarce the specialism is, session length and frequency and the travel involved, which is why we quote against your brief instead of publishing a figure that would be wrong for most people reading this. A home tutor for all IB and IGCSE subjects Mumbai families imagine as a single hire is usually two people or one narrower one, and we will say which.

  • Wait if the real problem is sleep, anxiety or an overloaded week
  • A wrong subject combination needs a coordinator, not a tutor propping it up
  • No protected hour and table means the arrangement will fail, not the tutor
  • Tuition for a coping student eats the time independent study habits need
  • Session one ends in a written plan or something has gone wrong
FAQs

Marine Drive tutoring — questions parents ask

Is there such a thing as the best IB tutor in Marine Drive?+

No, and the question is more useful rephrased. Quality in tutoring is a property of a match rather than of a person: the right board, the right level, a diagnostic first session and evidence by week four. The tutor who transformed a neighbour's Year 11 mathematics may be wrong for your Year 9 sciences, not because they changed but because the job did. Judge candidates on four things instead of on reputation: what they have marked, what session one contains, how they will evidence progress, and what they would say to you after four flat weeks.

Can a tutor travel to Girgaon or Walkeshwar for an evening slot?+

Yes, both sit in the same pool as Marine Drive and Nariman Point, and one tutor often holds two families across these pockets on the same evening. Walkeshwar needs ten minutes of slack built into the slot, because the approach is uphill, the lanes are narrow and parking is poor enough that tutors frequently walk the last stretch. Girgaon is quick from the Charni Road end outside the market rush. What does not hold reliably across a term is a tutor travelling down from the suburbs after six, because the Peddar Road and Haji Ali signals make arrival times a guess.

What should I ask on the first call with a tutor?+

Eight questions and twenty minutes. Which board and level have you taught this subject at, and for how many sessions. What have you marked. What does session one contain. How will you tell me what is wrong, and in what form. What does homework look like and who checks it. Where does your help on coursework stop. What would you tell me at four weeks if nothing moved. And what would make you tell me I had hired the wrong person. The last answer is the most revealing, because only a confident tutor will give you one.

A neighbour recommended a tutor. Is that good enough?+

It is a strong starting point and not a conclusion. Take the recommendation with its context attached: which subject, which board, which level, which year, and what specifically improved. Recommendations circulate fast on this corridor because families here are at the same two or three schools, and that speed strips the context out. The other gap is checking: a tutor found through a building group may be genuinely excellent and will not have had their identity, qualifications or marking experience verified by anybody, which is a risk you are carrying rather than one that has been removed.

How do I tell a good tutor from one who is simply likeable?+

By what exists on paper after a month. Warm, well-attended, evidence-free sessions are the most expensive kind, because nobody involved wants to end them and everybody feels something is happening. The test is unchanged: at four weeks, is there marked work and a written account of what is wrong and what the next month targets. Likeability matters, because a student who dreads the hour will not engage. It is a necessary condition and not a result, and confusing the two costs families a term more often than hiring a weak teacher does.

What do IB tuition fees actually depend on?+

Board, level, scarcity of the specialism, session length and frequency, and travel. Higher Level sciences and some language acquisition subjects are thinner on the ground than mathematics, and that availability moves the number more than distance does. Session length and frequency come next, then how far a tutor travels for one slot, since crossing the island in the evening peak is unpaid time. Sibling and twice-weekly arrangements change the arithmetic again. We quote against your brief rather than publishing a range, because a published range becomes a negotiation instead of a match.

Should a parent stay at home during the session?+

An adult in the flat is sensible; sitting in the room rarely helps beyond the first session. Join the last fifteen minutes of session one, when the tutor walks you through the marked work and the written plan, and join the four-week review. In between, most students work better unobserved. What matters more is the setup: a table rather than a bed, the exercise book and marked papers to hand, decent light, and the phone in another room. A household that can protect that hour weekly gets far more from any tutor than one that cannot.

Is online tutoring ever the better choice?+

Yes, in three situations. When the specialist you need for a scarce subject is not inside the island, where the honest choice is a screen or a weaker match. When the work is discussion, essay feedback, language conversation or coursework supervision, all of which lose very little to a screen. And for short, frequent contact before a deadline, where travel would make the session uneconomic for everybody. Where online struggles is handwritten working and younger students' attention, and the first of those is solvable with a document camera over the page rather than a laptop lid.

When should we not hire a tutor at all?+

When the problem is not teaching. A student sleeping four hours with three co-curricular commitments does not need a fifth, and adding one usually makes the month worse. A student failing a Higher Level subject chosen for somebody else's reasons needs a conversation with their coordinator about the combination. A household that cannot protect an hour and a table weekly will see the arrangement collapse and blame the tutor. And a student whose marked work shows no actual problem is better left with their unstructured time, which is where independent study habits form.

Which months are the pressure points in the Mumbai school year?+

The weeks after the June term opens, which catch families who assume the year has barely started. The stretch after Diwali, because the break rarely functions as the revision fortnight everybody plans on. The new-year mock or pre-board round, which is the first honest read of performance under time. And for Diploma Programme candidates, the mid-year window when internal assessments, the Extended Essay and Theory of Knowledge deadlines collide, which is the hardest fortnight of the two-year course. Hiring before those points rather than in reaction to them is most of what separates a calm year from a frantic one.

What happens if the match is wrong?+

You ask and you get a new shortlist, built with what the first attempt taught us written into the brief so the second match is better aimed rather than simply different. There is no lock-in, no notice period and no penalty. Act on week-three signals rather than waiting for a report: nothing marked in three sessions, a student who cannot recall the last session, coursework that has had several conversations and no narrowed focus, or two reschedules. Replacing a tutor in week three costs you a fortnight. Waiting until the mocks costs a term.

Are you connected to the schools you mention?+

No. IB Gram is an independent matching platform and is not affiliated with Cathedral and John Connon School, Bombay International School, or any other school named on this page. They appear because their calendars and board pathways are the practical context any tutor has to work inside, and because families on this corridor compare them constantly. Tutors work from your school's own assessment dates and the current subject guides, but they are engaged by you through the platform and answerable to you. We also do not guarantee grades, and no tutor here may promise a specific one.
