Ayesha Nadeem

Ayesha holds a Master of Commerce and a Bachelor of Commerce, both from Jamia Millia Islamia, New Delhi, and brings a commerce-trained analytical approach into how she breaks down concepts for young learners. She spent two years as a full-time class teacher at Spring Valley School, New Delhi, where she taught core subjects to early grades, designed lesson plans and classroom activities aimed at holistic development, led academic programmes to meet curriculum timelines, and ran regular assessments with feedback loops for parents and students. Alongside this, she has been delivering personalised, one-on-one and small-group tuition since 2019, tailoring every lesson to the individual student's pace and learning style. As an IB PYP all-subjects tutor for Grades 1 to 5, Ayesha covers English, Mathematics, Science, Social Studies (Units of Inquiry), and foundational skill-building, helping students transition smoothly through the Primary Years Programme's transdisciplinary framework. She is fluent in English, Hindi, and Urdu, which allows her to explain concepts in whichever language a young learner is most comfortable with, and she maintains consistent, transparent communication with parents to track academic growth throughout the term.
